2D Documentation
The complete approval and construction drawing set — the backbone of every buildable project.
The 2D drawing set is what a project is approved from and built from. Plans, elevations, sections, site plan, service layouts, and structural drawings — all coordinated, consistent, and formatted for the relevant authority.
Every drawing leaving the studio is prepared with the relevant authority in mind (KHADC or MUDA) and signed by a Government Registered Technical Person where required.

FAQ
Practical questions about 2D Documentation.
Q01
What's the difference between scheme drawings and a full 2D set?
Scheme drawings show the design direction and massing — just enough to lock the decision. A full 2D set adds dimensions, schedules, sections, service layouts, and structural drawings — everything needed for approval and execution.
Q02
Do I get CAD files?
Final drawings are delivered as PDF sets. CAD files can be shared on request for contractor / engineer coordination.
Q03
Do you handle revisions after contractor review?
Yes. Contractor-feedback revisions that don't change the scheme scope are part of the package.
